Step #3 Create Recipes

  1. Employees are the greatest amplification of your brand.

  4. Empower them to tell it.

Step #4 Think Audience, Not Customers

  1. What questions would anyone in your industry have?
  2. How can you become the go-to resource?
  3. How can your audience deliver research information that you can feed back to your audience?
